357 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 357 platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User") and the 357 platform ("Platform") operated by 357. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 357 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. 357 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page and takes effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of services on the 357 platform, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for keeping your account information current at all times.
Account Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required under applicable local laws.
- Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You must use your real identity — aliases or false information are not permitted.
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before you are permitted to withdraw funds.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 357 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
By using the 357 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Engaging in fraud, cheating, or manipulation of the gaming system in any form.
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Distributing harmful or defamatory content, or infringing on the rights of other users.
- Engaging in money laundering or depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.
- Providing false information or impersonating another individual or entity.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance, and appropriate legal action. 357 reserves the right to refuse service to any user at its sole discretion.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 357 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made from legitimate sources and that the funds belong to them.
Deposit
The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, and other listed local banks. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change from time to time. Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe stated on the payment interface.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification. 357 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal request. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
Taxes and Fees
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings or transactions made through the 357 platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
Limitation of Liability
The 357 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, 357 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the platform's continued availability, the accuracy of any information published, or the platform's suitability for any particular purpose.
357 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, service disruptions, or unforeseeable technical errors.
357's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
357 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without notice, under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
- Holding multiple accounts
- Actions that compromise the integrity of the platform or other users
- Account closure at the user's own request
In cases of closure due to fraud or serious violations, the account balance may be forfeited by 357 without compensation. For voluntary closure requests, any valid remaining balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 357 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, interface designs, and game materials — is the exclusive property of 357 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, display, republish, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from 357.
Third-Party Links
The 357 platform may from time to time contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for your convenience. 357 does not control the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for their content or conduct. You access any such third-party websites entirely at your own risk.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties involved. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or the appropriate legal proceedings.
